The Justice Department, embarrassed by an error that caused a mistrial of Roger Clemens last year

The famous news published and also broadcasted on many channels that now the sportsmen are with some hope that they will also get chance to start their career again which was ended due to their cases of consuming steroids. The congress of Baseball team made a mistake by postponing a decision of famous player Roger Clemens and now he had hired few more lawyers for his case as he said in a court that he had never used muscle enhancing drugs by his own wish.

Famous judge Reggie Walton said that when it was second day of his case, at that day his prosecutors gave false witnesses which were not acceptable.  Now his case will restart again after a one year of time as it was earlier started in July, 2011. Reggie will again give his duties as a judge this year and he said that the decision might come after four to five weeks as he will thoroughly study the case.

Famous prosecutor Ty Cobb told that no doubt, the case went interesting as it was half the way that Clemen would have won that but was not ended with an expected decision due to some mistakes of lawyers.

He further said that Roger’s lawyers are very much intelligent and they will surely help him in winning in his case easily.

Roger has hired six prosecutors and all are working under a leadership of famous lawyer of Houston, Texas whose name is Rusty Hardin as he had many lawyers and is very much experienced in this field as he had solved few cases of famous athletes who were Hall of Fame of their time. Their names are Scottie Pippen and Wade Boggs as they both were professionals’ of Baseball.

Stan Brand is also one of the experienced lawyer said that this case will be more interesting this year as administration would also give authentic proofs to maintain their decision.

It is supposed that if all cases of Clemens, which are six are proved then he will be in jail for 30 years and would need to pay 1.5 million dollars as a fine or penalty in sport’s term. It is likely to be said that he will not be given so much punishments because he is not a professional criminal but Reggie said that he may go in jail after decision comes.

The main informant for this case is his trainer McNamee who had injected him steroids and his all used injections will also be given to scientific laboratory for further investigations.

It may be said that he will be in prison for about 1.5 to two years, which is not a small duration for such a big sportsman.
