Roger Clemens back on trial in steroids case

One of the famous player of Baseball who was blamed for using steroids for muscle enhancing, Roger Clemens who earned several million dollars during his career but his career ended when he was caught using drugs and his case regarding this was started last year in July under the supervision of the judge Reggie Walton but it was postponed without any decision and it will be continued this year as he is given another chance to prove that he took those medicines for righteous purpose as he won world title in Baseball two times as well as he is 11 time all-star which means every year usually in July, a tournament is organized in which some famous players are selected by their fans and management and players must either belong from American League Baseball or National League Baseball (NBL).

When he was presented to the court in 2008, at that time the barristers claimed that he had given false testimony regarding the use of drugs in front of court.

Last year his case was postponed because his lawyers presented false witnesses but still his new lawyers can learn from his previous case as he had appointed Rust Hardin and other six prosecutors for his case now. Lawyers will have to work hard for his case as he won Cy Young award seven times as this award is given to players of National League and American League Baseball and he won the both in his youngest age but the problem here is that his already six cases are in progress for several breaches.

Philip K. Anthony is responsible for supervising all prosecutors in the country and if any lawyer fails then he gives his decision regarding the case, so he said for the case of the Clemens, that even lawyers are now blamed for showing wrong evidences, which is not good. While handling such cases, lawyers believe that why they are dealing in such a case which is meaningless and not as much important because there are no any open proofs which they can present in front of court and judge.

He may be punished for 30 years and have to spend that time in jail and also he may be charged 1.5 million dollars as a penalty. First time, federal administration had given punishment of about 1.5 years to any culprit.

The case of Roger is supposed to be the last case regarding steroids so that no player is criticized again. Bond was one of the famous player in the Baseball history was also given punishment for serving his community for about ten days and also 4000 dollars as a penalty when he said that he had never used drugs for wrong purposes.
