In the research Dr Ducharme and her team observed a sample size of 406 children whose ages ranged from 2 years to 17 years. All of these children were brought to hospital with a mild or severe attack of asthma. Out of all 406 children 36 % were admitted due to the severity of the asthma attack and rest were sent back after giving them the required medication.  In the research median age was found out to be 4 and 36% were females and remaining were males. Out of all the children only 12% got severe attack of asthma while 88% got light attack. 50% cases out of the all cases were given the systemic corticosteroids within 75 minutes of the attack while 33% delayed in being given the medicine. Remaining 17% were not given any systemic corticosteroids. It was observed that when systemic corticosteroids were given to the children within 75 minutes of attack, it reduced chances of admission to the hospital by 40% in all.

According to Dr. Ducharme if the hospital administration wants to be effective and efficient and want quick recovery of emergency asthmatic patients then the method of giving systemic corticosteroids within 75 minutes of attack should be followed and that should be followed for everyone regardless of the age of the patient. Because as early the treatment is given to the patient as early would be the recovery time for the patient. This early treatment of patient would reduce the time of the emergency department of the hospital by almost 40 minutes. In these 40 minutes, which would be saved by giving systemic corticosteroids, any other serious patient can be treated and the efficiency of the hospital would also increase. In this way patients would also have to suffer a much lesser amount of pain and would recover quickly.

When he was presented to the court in 2008, at that time the barristers claimed that he had given false testimony regarding the use of drugs in front of court.

Last year his case was postponed because his lawyers presented false witnesses but still his new lawyers can learn from his previous case as he had appointed Rust Hardin and other six prosecutors for his case now. Lawyers will have to work hard for his case as he won Cy Young award seven times as this award is given to players of National League and American League Baseball and he won the both in his youngest age but the problem here is that his already six cases are in progress for several breaches.

Philip K. Anthony is responsible for supervising all prosecutors in the country and if any lawyer fails then he gives his decision regarding the case, so he said for the case of the Clemens, that even lawyers are now blamed for showing wrong evidences, which is not good. While handling such cases, lawyers believe that why they are dealing in such a case which is meaningless and not as much important because there are no any open proofs which they can present in front of court and judge.

He may be punished for 30 years and have to spend that time in jail and also he may be charged 1.5 million dollars as a penalty. First time, federal administration had given punishment of about 1.5 years to any culprit.

The case of Roger is supposed to be the last case regarding steroids so that no player is criticized again. Bond was one of the famous player in the Baseball history was also given punishment for serving his community for about ten days and also 4000 dollars as a penalty when he said that he had never used drugs for wrong purposes.

Famous judge Reggie Walton said that when it was second day of his case, at that day his prosecutors gave false witnesses which were not acceptable.  Now his case will restart again after a one year of time as it was earlier started in July, 2011. Reggie will again give his duties as a judge this year and he said that the decision might come after four to five weeks as he will thoroughly study the case.

Famous prosecutor Ty Cobb told that no doubt, the case went interesting as it was half the way that Clemen would have won that but was not ended with an expected decision due to some mistakes of lawyers.

He further said that Roger’s lawyers are very much intelligent and they will surely help him in winning in his case easily.

Roger has hired six prosecutors and all are working under a leadership of famous lawyer of Houston, Texas whose name is Rusty Hardin as he had many lawyers and is very much experienced in this field as he had solved few cases of famous athletes who were Hall of Fame of their time. Their names are Scottie Pippen and Wade Boggs as they both were professionals’ of Baseball.

Stan Brand is also one of the experienced lawyer said that this case will be more interesting this year as administration would also give authentic proofs to maintain their decision.

It is supposed that if all cases of Clemens, which are six are proved then he will be in jail for 30 years and would need to pay 1.5 million dollars as a fine or penalty in sport’s term. It is likely to be said that he will not be given so much punishments because he is not a professional criminal but Reggie said that he may go in jail after decision comes.

The main informant for this case is his trainer McNamee who had injected him steroids and his all used injections will also be given to scientific laboratory for further investigations.

It may be said that he will be in prison for about 1.5 to two years, which is not a small duration for such a big sportsman.

Two of the most famous players from era of steroids named Rafael Palmeiro and Mark Mc Gwire were not able to be part of Hall of Fame due to shortage of votes given to them. But on the other hand another player Roger Clemens, who in fact lied to Congress about usage of steroids, is going to be a part of Hall of Fame in 2013.

Apart from this issue Weiner also talked about a number of other issues as well. He talked about collective bargaining that it can produce great results if parties respects both the power and the ideas of the counterparts associated with the power. He also doesn’t seem to be a great supporter of the World Series of Baseball. About the rule of designated hitter he said that we cannot have one set of rules for one series and other set of rules for other series so it would remain like that. In order to assist the community after such a tragic incident a de briefing team would be provided says Karen Anderson who is the Town Administrator of Greenland. The Central School in the city was closed for the day and served as office for the police officers. Surroundings of Mutire’s house are also cordoned off by the police and town hall of the place is serving s a central point for all the media persons.

All the town officials were in a state of shock and they hugged each other at the sad demise of the police chief Michael Maloney. All were very sad due to the very reason that on April 20, Maloney was set to retire from his post after serving for a long twelve years on the post. Sgt. Tara Laurent was nominated as the new chief in an emergency ceremony.

The four officers wounded in the incident were 32 year old Gregory Turner from Department of Dover Police, 31 year old detective from UNH Police Eric Kulberg, 33 year old detective from the Newmarket Police Department Scott Kukesh and 34 year old detective from Rochester Police Department Jeremiah Murphy.  Kullberg’s arm and Turner’s shoulder were injured from the gun shots and they were released from the hospital after necessary actions. While the other two are still in intensive care unit where surgery was planned for both of them and both are expected to survive.

Attorney General Mike Delaney extended his prayers to the killed and injured ones and their families. Senior Assistant Attorney General Jane Young said it is a loss to the loved ones and their families. Governor John Lynch went to the hospital and expressed his views on this tragic incident.

According to Delaney the police officers were supposed to go for a raid at 6 pm at 517 post road home of Mutire. The police chief Michael Maloney was leading the raid along with other officers. This raid was related to the drug investigations. During that raid chief was killed with four officers injured. Before this raid Mutire has a criminal record and various arrests on account of assaults and also arrested for possessing different steroids.

At all the above mentioned places, apart from the people, different things were found. When the police raided at Wenworthville, different chemicals which are vital in making drugs were found. Apart from these chemicals ammunition along with different equipment and fireworks were found which were taken into custody by the police. A 34 year old man was found at that house and he would be issued with a notice for attending the court as he was possessing ammunition with him. Apart from this he will be getting an infringement notice as well for dealing in explosives. Similarly in a raid at Emu Plains, ammunition along with a pistol fully loaded and some tablets were found and taken into custody by the police. It was a thought that the tablets are of drugs. From that place a 43 year old man was taken into custody and later released. At Macquarie fields a large quantity of steroids was taken into custody by police and on that account a 26 year woman at that place would be issued a court notice as anabolic steroid was found in her custody. Ryde raid also proved useful as during that raid steroids and lot of other matter was present. Police has seized all illegal things those was found there and in account of that attendance notice at the court would be issued to a 23 year old man residing there.  In a raid at Smithfield, small quantity of Amphetamine and a beam of laser was found and taken into custody. Amphetamine is a performance enhancing drug that is also a psychostimulant drug. It is meant for increasing the focus of a person and is also helpful in decreasing fatigue and appetite in a person. In Sydney’s CBD police also found something that were believed to be some drugs. Those drugs were ecstasy and drug paraphernalia. Apart from the arrests already made, police is expecting many more arrests associated with this case of fight as many people were involved in it.

Prezioso did not kept her main focus on the false reporting of Al Ayoubi but her main focus was on the positive steroid test which Al Ayoubi was accused of in the last year. By focusing on the positive steroid test of Al Ayoubi she emphasized that the officer has some short coming in himself so how he can investigate her client. But on the other hand Daniel Keitel who is the assistant Bergen County Prosecutor says that this incident of positive steroid test and like it some other false allegations were charged against Al Ayoubi on the order of Zisa against the witnesses. But soon Keitel was warned by the Judge to not to mention about the allegations against which he has no prove.

Prezioso wanted to show that allegations against Al Ayoubi about using of steroids were taken away as he and other witnesses would help the prosecutors in the case ahead. A Law suit was also filed by Al Ayoubi against Zisa saying that the steroid test taken was illegal and the substance which was detected in his sample was methandienone was a part of the legal supplements which he is regularly using. The money against the law suit, 1.5 million dollars, would be given to the charity if he wins the case. On the request of Prezioso the list of more than 20 supplements was read out in front of jury which included powders of proteins, testosterone boosters and sleeping aids etc which he buys from a vitamin and supplement store. Apart from this list another medication list was also presented in front of jury which showed medicines used by Al Ayoubi for the testosterone deficiency.

Zisa is accused of helping out Tiernan’s sons from police on account of robbery and fistfight. On the other occasion he saved Tiernan from the charge of drunken driving and helping her get false insurance claims. Zisa can face up to 15 years sentence on account of official misconduct.

If these drugs are legalized then surely every player will use them compulsory. If any player will observe that his other competitors are ingesting these drugs then he would also use them necessarily.

Often few players lost big matches who never used steroids and as a result, their career ended finally.

Although Alistair does not entirely know the effects on human body but steroids have almost the same effects like other drugs and it is also acceptable that they are jeopardized.

Most of the fans do not like those athletes who consume such drugs and then fight to get big rewards and this is pretty much obvious which also cannot be neglected.

Again a question arises for those players who always thinks to fight in MMA but cannot fulfill their dreams because of their physical issues and growth so is this the end of their ambition?

Here comes the concept of legislation.

This is the reason, some players either eat or inject steroids to be a good fighter.

To legalize them means every player will then use the steroids when he will observe that all his competitors are using those drugs.

But currently, steroids are completely restricted and only those can fight whose test’s result come negative which is not a bad idea.

The amount which men have to pay there is minimum 50 taka which is about $0.01and that is afforadable and not a big amount for the residents living there and infact the business is growing up day by day. Many immature boys as well as girls use such drugs which help them to look beautiful and fascinating and most of the used drugs are steroids.

A girl working there had given an interview recently in which she said about his beauty that once she met with a pedestrian and he suggested her to joined that business to get more benefit and eventually she joined it in greediness at the age of ten and as time goes by, she started using drugs and according to her, those drugs improved her personality and appeared to be more mature than before that.

A Hindu lady dwelling in her room which contained a couch and a stove, commented about steroids that she was living happier life after started using them and was even satisfying more men some about 15 in a day.

Hashi was another woman who was not satisfied by her life as she was engaged in a sexual business which was paying her more money but due to that, she became habitual of consuming drugs which not only affected her physique but was also living very infamy and tensed life from the age of 12.

Some glucose containing drugs widely used in Bangladesh are sometimes used by people for the treatments of their diseases while farmers also consume them for better and long life of their pet animals. Social institutes claimed after a research that about 90% steroids are used by the people involved in the sex business and rest of the percentage is used by the people living in poor countries of Asia who are also involved in same business.

Sometimes these drugs are given to those prostitutes by strictness by their guiders working there. The steroids are used by girls working there as they increase their weight and make them more beautiful and mature before the time so many people turn towards them for pleasure. 18 is the age in Bangladesh in which either male or female is eligible for doing sex.

Recently, two years before, the government of Bangladesh started a project for controlling the use of these drugs but it is not as much easy because they also have to ban them where they are manufactured.
